FYI - Benchmark's Fraud Detection Provider
(Falcon) will contact members, via the
primary phone number listed on the account,
when any suspicious activity occurs on their
card(s). Falcon will review the suspicious
activity with members to determine if fraud
has occurred and if so, they will help
minimize future occurrences by shutting down
the card's spending privileges. A good
practice is to always alert Benchmark before
traveling out of the country, so your card(s)
can be properly flagged and you do not
experience an interruption in service. |
