- Employees, Contractors and Retirees of Pfizer who work in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Richmond, VA and Puerto Rico; as well as their immediate family members* and members of their household**
- Sales personnel of Pfizer who represent the businesses located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Richmond, VA and Puerto Rico; as well as their immediate family members* and members of their household**
- Wyeth Retirees; as well as their immediate family members*and members of their household**
- Employees and Board/Committee Members of the Great Valley Chamber***; as well as their immediate family members* and members of their household**
- Faculty and Contractors of Immaculata University who work in, or are supervised from Immaculata, PA; as well as their immediate family members*and members of their household**
- Employees of Neuronetics, Inc. of Malvern, PA; as well as their immediate family members* and members of their household**
- Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union

| *Immediate Family Member - An immediate family member is anyone who is related by blood, marriage or adoption. |
| **Member of Household - is defined as persons living in the same residence and maintaining a single economic unit. This definition excludes persons who live temporarily in a residence, fraternities, sororities, boarding houses and college roommates. |
