Annual Membership Meeting

In accordance with Article VI of the Benchmark Federal Credit Union Bylaws, you are hereby notified of the upcoming election by mail ballot for Directors.

The Nominating Committee has filed its nominations with the Secretary. The following names have been submitted for the position of Director (3 positions to be filled):


Mark Bernstein, MBA (Incumbent)

Director, Commercial Operations and Analytics, UroGen Pharma

Member of Benchmark for twenty-eight (28) years

Benchmark Director since 2012

Former Chairman of the Board of Benchmark

Term of three (3) years


Tiffany Stokes, CPA, MBA (Incumbent)

Director, Internal Audit at Facebook

Member of Benchmark for fifteen (15) years

Benchmark Director since 2008

Vice Chairman of the Board of Benchmark

Term of three (3) years


Arturo Guillen (Incumbent)

Finance Executive with twenty-eight (28) years of experience in Global Technology, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, & Consumer Goods Companies

Member of Benchmark for twenty-one (21) years

Benchmark Director since 2016

Term of three (3) years


Nominations for vacancies on the Board of Directors may also be made by petition, signed by at least 100 members. Each nominee by petition must submit a statement of qualifications in 100 words or less and biographical data with the petition. All petitions for nomination must be submitted on forms available in the Benchmark Federal Credit Unions Offices.

Nominations by petitions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at the office of the CPA Firm of RKL, LLP. Petitions must be mailed to:

 The election will be conducted by mail ballot and nominations will not be allowed from the floor at the Annual Membership Meeting. Ballots will be mailed to the membership and tabulated by the CPA Firm of RKL, LLP prior to the Annual Membership Meeting.

The names of all nominees will be posted in each Benchmark Federal Credit Union Office at least 35 days (by April 6, 2021) before the Annual Membership Meeting.

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.  The Zoom credentials will be provided via email at least seven (7) days before the Annual Meeting.
