FAQs for Benchmark FCU’s Home Banking

(Also Known as Banno Online)

 

Benchmark FCU’s staff is always here to help, especially with your questions regarding our new Home Banking system; also known as Banno Online. Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

 

How do I access Benchmark FCU’s Home Banking?

  • Go to BenchmarkFCU.org and click on the green button marked “Online Banking Login” in the upper right corner of the web page. You’ll be prompted for a username then a password to sign in. If you don’t already have one or cannot remember yours, please contact us at (610) 429-1600.
  • Another option is to download Benchmark FCU’s FREE Mobile Banking App via your devices App Store and you’ll be prompted for a username then password to sign in. If you don’t already have one or cannot remember yours, please contact Benchmark FCU at (610) 429-1600.

 

Where do I go to change my phone number, email, and address?

  • When you log onto Benchmark FCU’s Home Banking the initial screen will be your account dashboard.
  • In the top right corner, there is a grey circle with your initials in it. Click the grey circle.
  • A dropdown menu will appear. Click on Profile.
  • On your profile you will see your current address, email, and phone number.
  • You can edit each by clicking the Edit button directly below each field.

 

Where do I go to access Credit Card details?

  • In the upper section of your dashboard, there are blue rectangles that represent each of your sub accounts.
  • Once you see your credit card account, click on that blue rectangle.
  • Click the blue icon button to the right of the screen that says Credit Card Details.
  • If you have not already, you will be prompted to sign up for DX Online and asked to provide the last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth, and zip code.
  • After you sign up, or if you have already enrolled, once you click the button that says Credit Card Details, it will automatically bring you to your Credit Card dashboard.

 

How do I narrow down the transaction details by date, amount, etc.?

  • In the upper section of your dashboard, click the blue rectangle for the desired sub account and you will be directed to the transaction dashboard for that sub account, which lists all transactions including date and amount.
  • In the top right corner of the transaction box, there is a magnifying glass icon. Click that icon and a search bar appears where you enter items such as merchant, date, transaction amount, etc,
  • Click the button marked Search and Sorting Options.
  • A pop-up appears where you can enter search criteria such as date range, amount, check number, transaction type, and more.

 

How do I log out?

  • Click on either the Benchmark FCU logo or the Dashboard button in the left menu bar to return to your dashboard.
  • In the top right corner, there is a grey circle with your initials in it, click the grey circle.
  • A dropdown menu will appear, click Sign Out.

 

Where can I see Certificate(s) maturity date?

  • In the upper section of your dashboard, click the blue rectangle for your Certificate.
  • On the right side of the page, there is a blue square marked Maturity Date. Click that blue square and a pop up with the maturity date appears.
