Benchmark Federal Credit Union is pleased to notify you that we have a new Pre-Approved* Loan Offer Program. Throughout the year, we will run multiple campaigns that will automatically pre-approve* our membership for various loan offer(s). Pre-qualified members during a given campaign will receive notice of their loan offer(s) via email or mail (if no valid email is associated with a member’s account). The first campaign for 2023 will start Thursday, January 12th & run through Friday, March 31st, so please be on the lookout for your pre-approved* loan offer(s) email/letter within the next several days. But remember, during a campaign, you do not have to wait to view your pre-approved loan offer(s) and can use either method outlined below:
- Home Banking – log into your Benchmark Account via the box in the top right corner of our website’s homepage at http://www.benchmarkfcu.org and there will be a new tab in the menu bar titled ‘Loan Offers’. Click the tab to view your available offer(s) and if there’s not a pre-approved* campaign running at that time, or if you happen to not qualify during a given campaign, you’ll receive a message stating there are no offers available and to please check back frequently for future loan offers.
- Mobile Banking App – log into your Benchmark Account via our mobile banking app downloaded to your mobile device and click on the menu tab in the upper left corner of the home screen. Select the ‘Loan Offers’ tab to view your available offer(s) and if there’s not a pre-approved* campaign running at that time, or if you happen to not qualify during a given campaign, you’ll receive a message stating there are no offers available and to please check back frequently for future loan offers.
If you wish to accept a pre-approved* loan offer, you can simply click on the offer and complete the short offer acceptance form, which will be automatically delivered to Benchmark’s Lending Department. A Lender will be in touch to request any additional information that may be required, or to discuss the loan process in greater detail.
